Brain Balancing For AHD/Depression Session Only

This session increases beta in the left brain while calming the right with 10 Hz alpha. It corrects an imbalance usually found in those with ADHD or depression. Isochronic tones are presented at different frequencies to each ear. A background of smoothed white noise is added.
